Description:

Wetland Mitigation Construction for the County Commissioners of Queen Anne’s County, Maryland. The site is located on the Tanner Farm properly located at 200 Davidson Farm Lane near Stevensville, Maryland.

The Work consists of the construction of approximately 17.49 acres +/- of forested wetland through excavation and grading of earth, installation of plant materials, establishment of appurtenant features including ponding areas/berms, temporary & permanent access roads, staging areas, erosion & sediment controls and all other periphery tasks necessary to complete the work. The Work is more fully described and detailed in the contract documents. Refer to the Bid Documents for a complete description of work.

Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend and register at the Pre-Bid Meeting to be held on Thursday, July 17, 2025 @ 9:00 AM convening first at the Queen Anne’s County Sanitary District located at 310 Bateau Drive, Stevensville, Maryland 21666 and caravanning to the Tanner Farm project site. Site inspection outside of the Pre-Bid Meeting may be possible and would need to be scheduled and approved in advance by contacting the Department of Public Works at (410) 758-0925.
