Notice of Addenda will be sent to all vendors who downloaded the bid through SmartBid that was received from Downes. Bid due dates may be subject to change via addendum. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Project Site on Wednesday, March 25th @ 9:00 am. Bidder attendance is strongly encouraged but is not mandatory.
