• Questions must be submitted by February 10, 2025. Questions must be submitted via OpenGov.com on the Questions & Answers tab of the project before the Questions Deadline of February 10, 2025.

• Bids are due no later than 10:00 a.m. EST on Friday, February 21, 2025. The City of Jackson Purchasing Coordinator, Kari Kerstetter, will receive bids for the Commercial Exchange Wet Demolition project via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofjackson

"Section 8: Performance Bond" has new language "upon Notice of Award", added for clarification. There are not any bid bond requirements due at bid submission, only upon award of the project.

Section 8: Performance Bond
8.1 A Performance Bond will be required for this project upon Notice of Award. The contractor must provide the attached Performance
Bond Form filled out by a Surety licensed to do business in the state of Michigan stating that the contractor is able
to obtain a Performance Bond for one hundred percent (100%) of the Base Contract amount. The contractor will
include the cost of the Performance Bond as a separate line item in their bid.
