Westside Hangar Development

The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is accepting formal, sealed proposals from qualified applicants to develop and operate aeronautical facilities on an undeveloped parcel of land at the Bentonville Municipal Airport for the City of Bentonville. The awarded Proposer will be required to execute an appropriate agreement to lease and develop the parcel, with a term and cost to be agreed upon with the City and commensurate with the proposed level of investment in the parcel and the nature of the proposed aeronautical activities. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities.
