WESTMORELAND COUNTY PRISON BOILER HOUSE ROOF REPLACEMENT GENERAL CONSTRUCTION PRIME BID PACKAGE #1

Sealed bids will be received in the Office of the Westmoreland County Controller, 2 North Main Street, Suite 111, Greensburg, PA 15601, until 2:00 P.M. on November 12, 2024 for BID – WESTMORELAND COUNTY PRISON BOILER HOUSE ROOF REPLACEMENT GENERAL CONSTRUCTION PRIME BID PACKAGE #1. Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:15 P.M. that day in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room #101.

All Bidders shall attend one of two MandatoryPre-Bid Meetings. Meet at the Job Site, which is located at Westmoreland County Prison, 3000 S Grande Boulevard, Greensburg, PA. Bidders shall meet in the Prison’s Main Lobby. The meetings will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, and Tuesday, November 5, 2024. Bidders are to bring their own ladder for access to the roof.

The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids.

An original and two copies of the complete Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, and addressed to the Westmoreland County Controller and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the Bidder’s name and address and the designation:

Late Proposals will not be accepted or considered. You must follow all instructions on the attached set of bid specifications. Failure to do so may result in your bid being disqualified.
