Westminster Hill Road Bridge Rehab

The City of Fitchburg is seeking qualified bidders to provide accessible concrete and hot mix asphalt

sidewalk and curb ramp construction services, including but not limited to milling, paving of various

courses, grading and compacting, concrete and granite curb construction and reconstruction, and structure

adjustments.

General Contractor Bids will be received at the office of the Chief Procurement Officer, Fitchburg

Municipal Offices, 718 Main Street, Fitchburg, MA until July 16, 2026 at 11:00 AM, and at that time and

place publicly opened and recorded.

All bidders must be MassDOT prequalified for the class of work Bridge Construction for the project with

an estimated value of $1,002,000.00.

This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws

Chapter 30, 39m, and any resulting contract will be strictly awarded in accordance with the requirements of

the solicitation. The City of Fitchburg reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the

bids received, or to reject any and all bids, wholly or in part.

www.fitchburgma.gov , under Current Solicitations. Bidders shall examine all information and materials

contained in and with this solicitation. Failure to do so shall be at the bidder’s risk.
