Westminster Ave Reconstruction (UPC 117116)

The work under this project consists of the reconstruction of Westminster Avenue and approximately 200 linear feet of Kimball Terrace/East End Avenue. The work includes removal of unsuitable or poor-quality soils, installation of improved roadway, pavement sections, and neighborhood improvements such as ADA-compliant ramps, sidewalks, and driveway aprons.

In order to be considered for award, all prospective bidders shall be pre-qualified with the Virginia Department of Transportation in accordance with Section 102.01 of VDOT’s 2020 Road and Bridge Specifications.
