Westfield Avenue Community Center Mechanical Improvement Project
The project primarily consists of the replacement of existing steam boilers and associated piping with hot water boilers, and all terminal heating equipment; replacement of existing domestic hot water heaters, as well as selected associated piping, and replacement of accessory equipment associated with existing boilers and water heaters. Associated general construction and hazardous material work will be required to execute the replacement work.
