Western Overlay (Fall, FY 25-26)

The scope of work includes furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, fixtures, and services required for a 2” asphaltic concrete overlay on 4,965 linear feet of Road 4 North in Chino Valley and 4,660 linear feet of Dearing Road in Prescott. The project has approximately 3,478 tons of asphaltic concrete with PG 64-22 binder. Other associated work includes retrofitting 4 bridge guardrail transitions, installing 6 new MSKT TL-2 guardrail end treatments, raising 500 linear feet of guardrail, 17,299 linear feet of shoulder build-up and grading, and re-establishing 45,621 linear feet of double yellow pavement markings. All work is to be done in accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents .

There has been a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting scheduled for 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 16, 2025, hosted by Yavapai County Public Works through an online virtual meeting portal.  Detailed meeting instructions will be included in the contract documents.  Any questions or concerns about the project will be addressed at that time.
