Description:

The intent of this Request for Qualifications (RFQu) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain applications from Construction Managers (CM) interested in providing pre-construction and construction management services for the Construction of the Western Loudoun Recreation Complex project (the “Project”) located outside of town limits in Purcellville, Virginia. RFQu applications (“Applications”) will be used to establish a list of contractors prequalified to submit proposals to act as the Construction Manager at Risk for the Project.
