Phase I, Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD) Building Renovation Project



This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is issued as an Unrestricted procurement, open to both Large and Small Businesses for the two-phase design build construction procurement (RFO 36.101-2) of the Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD) Building Renovation Project. The time and date set forth within is for the receipt of proposals for Phase I only. Phase II will only be issued to the successful offerors determined to be no more than the five most highly qualified during Phase I evaluation.

The project work is located at the Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD) building at 610 E. 5th Street, Vancouver, Washington.
