The City of Chesapeake is seeking a qualified consultant team to prepare the Western Branch Area Plan, a community-driven, proactive, and actionable framework to guide quality of life improvements, land use, development design, and economic prosperity within the Western Branch Planning Area. This Plan should provide clear strategies to advance Chesapeakeâs Comprehensive Plan while responding to local needs and priorities.The successful consultant will lead a robust public engagement process, analyze current and future conditions, and develop implementable recommendations that balance Western Branchâs established suburban character with emerging urban opportunities.
