The project will also include installation of a new energy recovery AHU, new Direct Expansion (DX) fan coil unit, new condensing unit, new dehumidifier, new refrigerant piping, and electrical work and operational testing.
The duration of the requirement contract with the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD) shall be until the completion of work under the contract or until the funds appropriated to this contract are exhausted, whichever should occur first from the effective date of this Contract.
There will be an optional but strongly recommended Site Visit and Pre-bid meeting scheduled for September 11, 2025 at 10AM. Details will be provided in the project documents located on NEORSD's OpenGov electronic bidding platform.
