This is the only way you will be assured of receiving all the official contract documents and addendums.

A Bidders’ mandatory conference and walkthrough inspection of the Corporation’s campus will be held on Friday, April 18th, 2025 at 10:00 AM in Sister Ann Conference Room in the basement level of the Atrium Building, Mid-Hudson Regional Hospital, Poughkeepsie, New York 12601. BID PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FROM THOSE PROSPECTIVE CONTRACTORS WHO DO NOT ATTEND THE CONFERENCE AND WALKTHROUGH INSPECTION.

It is the Owner’s policy to encourage and support significant, meaningful participation by business enterprises owned and controlled by people of color and/or women (MBE/WBE or MWBE), and by service disabled veteran owned business enterprises (SDVOB) in contracts and projects funded by the Owner. The successful Contractor will be required to include in its Bid a detailed plan on how it would meet a 30% WMBE contracting goal and a 6% SDVOB goal for the Project.

The successful Contractor will be required to submit a Performance and Payment bond in an amount equal to one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price and both in a form acceptable to the Owner. A Bid Bond and Consent of surety in the form specified in the bid specifications must be executed Bidder’s surety and submitted with the bid.
