WEST TOWN ELEMENTARY MEDICAL OFFICE CONSTRUCTION

Sealed Bids will be received by the Dougherty County Board of Education in the Office of the Logistical Services Department located at 601 Flint Avenue, Albany, Georgia, 31701 until 1:30 PM EST on Tuesday, October 22, 2024. Those Bids will then be publicly opened and read. Bidders will be required to submit specific information/documentation with their Bids. The scope of work includes all labor, material, and equipment required to provide the West Town Elementary Medical Office as specified in the bid documents. The work will include mechanical, electrical, plumbing, selective demolition, concrete, millwork, light gage metal framing/drywall, hollow metal door frames, doors/hardware, toilet accessories, acoustical ceiling, floor tile, and painting at West Town Elementary Medical Office; 1113 University Avenue, Albany Ga.
