Scope of Work

Work consists of: 1) replacement of the existing bridge superstructure and strengthening of the existing bridge substructure along the West Route Mainline (Haverhill Line) over South Elm Street in Haverhill, MA; 2) Roadway improvements of South Elm Street under the railroad bridge within the limits shown on the plans; And 3) railroad track improvements and realignment within the limits shown on the plans.
