West Road Reconstruction (Info Only)

Beacon Falls is seeking electronic bids from qualified respondents for the roadway reconstruction of West Road. The project is comprised of 3,016 LF from the Town of Oxford line, (250’ west of Hillside Dr.) to Rimmon Hill Rr. Project consists of milling and overlay of the roadway, drainage improvements, trench restoration and new bituminous curbing. Respondents must have demonstrated experience in providing such services and adhere to standards/requirements typical for such services. The full ITB, with project specifications, must be read before submission. The Town intends to make one award to one vendor, not multiple vendors. There is no limit to the number of subcontractors that any respondent elects to use in their bid. All bid items are mandatory. This contract is subject to state contract compliance requirements, including set aside (25% SBE and 6.25% M/W/DisBE) and non-discrimination requirements enforced by the CHRO. Optional on-site pre-bid meeting will be held 9am 5/15/25.
