Description
Project Description: City of Brownsville intents to award a contract for construction of the West Rail Trail Amenities Project. the bid document preparation, letting/award and contract execution will be in accordance with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDot) Local Government Project Procedures (LGPP).
TxDOT requires that all vendors must be pre-qualified at least 14 days prior to the bid opening date in order to participate in this project.
