ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the construction of the WEST PITTSTON FOUNDERS PARK LIGHTING ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT will be received online via the PennBid Program, by WEST PITTSTON BOROUGH, until 11:00 a.m. local time on OCTOBER 23, 2024, at which time the Bids received will be opened electronically and publicly posted on PennBid’s website, shortly after which a notice will be posted on PennBid containing the bid results. The Project consists of Installation of New Pavilion Lighting and an Electric Receptacle at Founders Park in West Pittston.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a Lump Sum basis as indicated in the online Bid Form. All bidding documents are available at no cost at (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.) No pre-bid conference will be held. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: PA Prevailing Wage Rates.
