ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed Bids for the construction of the WEST PITTSTON MUNICIPAL BUILDING ROOF IMPROVEMENTS will be received online via the PennBid Program, by WEST PITTSTON BOROUGH, until 10:00 a.m. local time on MAY 5, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be opened electronically and publicly posted on PennBid’s website, shortly after which a notice will be posted on PennBid containing the bid results. The Project consists of replacing shingle roofing on vertical faces of mansard roofs at the Municipal Building.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated as indicated in the Online Bid Form.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the Municipal Building, on Wednesday April 16th at 10:00 a.m.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
The following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: PA Prevailing Wage Rates.
