ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed Bids for the construction of the WEST PITTSTON BATHROOM RENOVATIONS project will be received online via the PennBid Program, by WEST PITTSTON BOROUGH, until 10:00 A.M. local time on August 28, 2026, at which time at which time the bids will be opened electronically and shortly after which, bid tabulation results will be publicly posted on PennBid’s website. The Project generally consists of Renovate restrooms including removal of partitions, painting, replace flooring, replace light fixture, replace baseboard heater, replace fixtures, upgrade door hardware and provide wall coverings.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. All bidding documents are available at no cost at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.
A PRE-BID CONFERENCE will not be held.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract.
The following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: PA PREVAILING WAGES.
This project was financed by a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Financing Authority.
