Scope of Services
The project involves the overall widening of West Mitchell Hammock Road approximately 5 feet along the north side to include a 16-foot wide raised (sodded) median and an 8 foot wide sidewalk; additional roadway improvements include the milling and resurfacing of the roadway (both sides); drainage improvements including regrading of the on-site dry retention pond (swale), the addition of flume inlets, and the extension of the existing double 72” RCP cross drain to the north; minor utility work, including the relocation of a fire hydrant, access management improvements include median access; and signing and pavement improvements. ***There will be a Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting held on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 10:00AM in the City Hall Council Chambers, located at 400 Alexandria Blvd. Oviedo, FL 32765***
