Sealed bids for furnishing the following will be received at the Office of Central Purchasing, Andover Town Offices, 36 Bartlet St., Andover, Massachusetts 01810 until the time specified below at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read.  The time received will be stamped on each bid and for a consistency of time, the time stamp clock in the Purchasing Office will be the determining time.

A Pre-Bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at 10:00 AM at West Middle School, 70 Shawsheen Rd., Andover, MA 01810.    Meet at the front entrance to the building.  It is recommended that interested parties attend this meeting.

Bid Documents may be obtained on the Central Purchasing Department webpage located at www.andoverma.gov/bids .

Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security of CASH, CERTIFIED CHECK, or BID BOND issued by a responsible bank or trust company licensed to do business in the State of Massachusetts in the amount of 5% of the total bid.
