Submission: Sealed Bids for the construction of the WEST HAVEN CITY 26-27 CHIP SEAL will be received by West Haven City at the District office, 4150 S 3900 W, West Haven, UT 84401, until 2:00 PM local time on Wednesday, 7/8/2026.
