SECTION 1.1 - INVITATION TO BID
INVITATION TO BID
Sealed Bids for the construction of the WEST HAVEN CITY 26-27 CHIP SEAL will be received by West
Haven City at the City office, 4150 S 3900 W, West Haven, UT 84401, until 2:00 PM local time on
Wednesday, 7/8/2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The Project consists of: Placement of chip seal on various roads in West Haven City. Contractor will
provide aggregate to be used for chip seal to include Fog Seal Coat. Contractor to propose schedule that
does not interrupt business traffic and school access. The project shall be governed by the contract
documents.
The successful bidder will be responsible for meeting all bonding, traffic control, encroachment permit,
and other requirements imposed by West Haven City at no additional cost to OWNER.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The contracts will be
awarded, if they are to be awarded based on this solicitation, to a responsive, responsible bidder.

electronically via U3P-Bonfire. Formal Questions need to be posed by email to trigunakar@gecivil.com or
on U3P Bonfire, the question deadline is 7/2/2026 by 5:00PM.
There will not be a Pre Bid Conference.
