West Broad YMCA Pool Renovation

Project Description: Chatham County is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide a new pool deck, pool, and associated utilities within the footprint of the existing pool and pool deck at the West Broad YMCA. The West Broad YMCA is located at 1110 May Street, Savannah, Georgia 31401. The scope will also include pole lights, minimal landscaping, and a prefabricated pool equipment building. A full buildout of a restroom building, gas pool heater and concrete finish is to be provided as add-alternate line items by the contractor. Drawings found within Chatham County’s Procurement Portal for this project include demolition, site plans, utilities, grading, electrical, landscape, and a full pool package.
