Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of not less than five (5) percent of the total amount bid. A Contract Performance Bond and a Contract Payment Bond each equal to 100 percent of the Contract Price will be required for the successful Contractor.

No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 calendar days after the date of receiving bids, except that bids for any bidder who Consents to Extend Bid Award Date may, at the request of the Grand Canyon Airport Authority, be held for consideration for such longer period as may be agreed to, but in no event exceeding 280 calendar days.

Proposals shall be placed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Grand Canyon Airport Authority Mr. Ken VanSant, Chairman, Grand Canyon Airport Authority, 112 Runway Road, Wellsboro, Pennsylvania 16901.

In the lower lefthand corner of the sealed proposal envelope, include the following project title: Rehabilitate Apron - Phase 3
