Wells Road Park

Project Description: INTRODUCTION: The Town of Palm Beach, Florida ("The Town") is hereby inviting qualified General Contractors to submit competitive bids for construction of a public park at the intersection of Crescent Drive, Wells Road, and North County Road. In the construction of the proposed park, the contractor will perform grading, paving, and curbing, as well as the construction of the stormwater drainage system, installation of traffic control devices and pavement markings, installation of landscape and architectural features, and an irrigation system. The project site is in the Town of Palm Beach, Florida.
Contractors are required to provide work schedule.
Engineer's opinion of probable construction cost for this project is $393,587.50.
The awarded bidder must provide all labor, equipment and materials necessary to complete the work specified herein.

AWARD: Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid meets the requirements and criteria set forth in this Invitation to Bid. The Town reserves the right to award to that bidder who will best serve the interests of the Town, and to accept or reject any and/or all bids and to award or not award a contract based on this bid proposal. The Town reserves the right to award on an all-or-none or a line-by-line basis. Prices quoted must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the close of the bid.
