NOTE: Pre-Proposal Meeting for RFP 25-048 (Wells 20 & 21) & RFP 25-049 (Wells 22 & 23) will be held concurrently.

SEALED Proposal packages will be accepted until 3:00 PM CST, Wednesday, July 10, 2025 . All submissions will be publicly opened and read aloud via Zoom (information on page 1) at 3:00 PM CST. The outside of the envelope must clearly be labeled with the proposer’s name and the RFP name/number. Any Proposal received after the aforementioned closing time will be returned unopened. In order to ensure a fair and public process, all questions related to this Request for Proposals shall be addressed in writing, via the Brazos Valley Online Bidding System ( https://brazosbid.ionwave.net ) prior to 10:00 AM CST on July 2, 2025. Contact with any City of Bryan employee or official is prohibited without prior written consent from the City Purchasing Supervisor. Failure to observe this requirement may be grounds for rejection of the Proposal.
