NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00PM, November 4, 2025, at the Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, 501 Woodlane St., Suite 101N, Little Rock, Arkansas for the following:
Wellness Center at the Jonesboro Human Development Center located in Jonesboro, AR for the Arkansas Department of Human Services. PR #7102507
There will be a Pre-Bid Conference at 2:00PM on October 28, 2025, at the Jonesboro Human Development Center Administration Building, 4701 Colony Dr, Jonesboro, AR 72404. The State reserves the right to schedule additional meetings.
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of the Contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from the office of the Design Professional, Architecture Plus, Inc. 907 South 21st Street, Fort Smith, Arkansas 72901.
