Wellington Ridge Roof Replacement

Project Description: The Chester Housing Authority is planning to replace the roofs on twenty (20) units within the Wellington Ridge community. The existing roofing materials include asphalt shingles and plywood sheathing. The scope of this project includes the replacement of the entire existing asphalt roof and all sheathing on 20 units. The work includes all roofing materials located on main roofs, porch roofs and dormer roofs. The base bid work consists of but is not limited to removing and replacing roofing materials including all shingles, roof sheathing, ridge vents, and all flashing. The Base Bid work for this project also includes the replacement of the fascia and soffit and the replacement of the gutters and downspouts.
