This project consists of the construction of approximately 9,000 square yards of 7-inch thick asphalt pavement, 4,700 linear feet of curb and/or gutter, 1,700 square yards of 2-inch thick asphalt pavement (for mixed use path), 2,200 linear feet of storm sewer (various sizes/materials), two stormwater ponds, 57 drainage structures, 1,800 linear feet of 12-inch diameter water distribution main, 280 linear feet of 8-inch diameter sewer main, sundry utility adjustments, and other related miscellaneous items.
