The City of Pompano Beach (the “City”) is interested in receiving proposals in response to the attached RFP for Well Rehabilitation and Maintenance.
Proposers must be registered on the City’s eBid System to view the solicitation documents and respond to this solicitation. The complete solicitation document can be downloaded for free from the eBid System at

. Proposals must bear the electronic signature of an authorized officer of the Proposer who is legally authorized to enter into a contractual relationship in the Proposer's name. THE CITY will consider the submittal of a proposal as constituting an offer by the Proposer to perform the required services at the prices stated herein. The City is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any documentation the Proposer receives from any source other than the eBid System. The proposer is solely responsible for downloading all required documents. Responses will be electronically unsealed in a public forum and read aloud.
