Project Description: The work that is the subject of the bid comprises the construction of the Well Number 8 Pump Building, including well pump and shaft, electrical components, including instrumentation, control panels, backup generator and transfer switch, HVAC systems, all required site work for the Ron Wood Park Well (the “Work”). The Work includes all items further described in the Bid Table and Measurement and Payment section of this document.
