BIDS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE TOWN CLERK BY 10:30 A.M., PREVAILING TIME ON MAY 2, 2025 , AT WHICH TIME THEY WILL BE BROUGHT TO THE COUNCIL ROOM, OPENED, AND PUBLICLY READ ALOUD.
