This Request for Bid (RFB) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS), Ministry of Energy and Resources (ER) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Well and Facility Access Procurement. ER requires Land and Public Awareness Agents to provide services on a Work Order basis throughout Saskatchewan as further described in the RFB Particulars (Appendix A).
