Removal of existing roof and installation of new roofing system, removal of existing HVAC units and installation of new equally compliant HVAC units, removal of existing exterior EFIS finish and installation of new cementitious siding, replace all auditorium ceiling light fixtures, install OSHA compliant railing to attic catwalk, and install new drainage lines in the courtyard.
