Scope of Services
The School Board of Citrus County, Florida (“CCSB”) intends to establish an agreement with qualified Respondent(s) to provide welding simulators, equipment, supplies, and related services to the district’s three (3) High Schools including all delivery and assembly/installation at fixed unit prices and percentages for the contract period as specified herein.
The successful Respondent shall be responsible for providing all welding simulators, equipment, supplies, and related services at the prices specified herein during the term of the contract to be used on an as needed basis by the District. The performance of the successful Respondent shall be in accordance with the terms and specifications set forth herein. Failure to comply with these requirements may be cause for Bid rejection or award cancellation.
To ensure equipment can be purchased and delivered/installed by the grant deadlines, CCSB anticipates issuing a purchase order as soon as possible following a Notice of Award.
Note: Terms of the grant funds to be utilized for all or a part of the purchase(s) made under this ITB require all items to be purchased by 6/30/2025 with delivery/installation completed by August 20, 2025. Respondents shall indicate their earliest availability (calendar days) to have all equipment delivered to the schools and applicable assembly/installation completed on Attachment A-2 Bid Price Form.
