Scope of Services
The School Board of Citrus County, Florida (“CCSB”) intends to establish an agreement with qualified Respondents to provide welding materials, supplies, equipment and gases to schools and other departments on an as needed basis and to secure firm, fixed unit prices and percentage (%) mark-up/discounts for additional items for the contract period as specified herein.
The successful Respondent(s) shall be responsible for the supply and delivery of various welding materials, supplies, equipment, and gases to be utilized primarily in technical training classes and high school welding programs on an as-needed basis. District operational departments including, but not limited to, maintenance, food service, etc., reserve the right to purchase from this contract at the awarded bid prices.
Items requested in Category 1 and Category 3 are for specified welding materials, supplies, equipment and industrial gases most utilized by the welding programs throughout the district. Additional materials, supplies, and equipment needed may be purchased under Category 2 at a percentage mark-up (cost plus) or discount (off catalog/list prices) during the term of the contract.
