| Description: | Andrea Wilbur-Sigo will carve two 12’ welcome figure. She will also be on site to guide the installation process and be there for advice on the bases being poured. These two welcome figures will have woven skirts. In blue and white or blue in light gray. We will keep a photo log of the entire project and deliver a maintenance sheet and photos at the end of the project. |
