Wednesday Street Water Main Replacement

Project Description: The Contractor will provide labor, materials, equipment, supplies, services, skills, supervision and necessary tools and equipment, throughout the Contract period, required for: the installation of approximately 2,505 linear feet of new water main and associated valves, services, meters, fire hydrants and fittings. The project also includes other items incidental to the infrastructure replacement, such as: sediment & erosion control; disposal of materials removed; maintenance of traffic, and restoration of disturbed areas including driveways, curb and gutter, pavement, site restoration and other related items as identified in the Contract Documents.
The project also include other items incidental to the infrastructure replacement, such as: disposal of materials removed; maintenance of traffic, night work and restoration of disturbed areas including paved ditches and pavement as identified in the Contract Documents.
The Contractor shall have the capability to perform and complete the services in all respects in accordance with the solicitation documents. The Contractor here by warrants that all services will be performed in a timely and first-class workmanlike manner.
FUNDING
This project does not have Federal Funds in the funding source and therefore section 1.36 FEDERAL PROVISIONS, DO NOT APPLY.
