Description:

Idaho Falls Power (IFP) hereby solicits Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms interested in providing professional power-related engineering services associated with WECC compliance testing and technical apparatus support. This solicitation is issued pursuant to Idaho Code § 67-2320(2)(h)–(i). SOQs will be evaluated by IFP personnel, and one (1) firm will be selected as the most qualified respondent. IFP anticipates entering into a professional services agreement with the selected firm for the current WECC testing cycle, with optional renewal for subsequent testing cycles, subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement.

5.        SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: All SOQs in response to this RFQ shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements listed below:
5.1.        SOQ must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. 30 January 2026
5.1.1.        The requirements for all SOQ’s physically provided:
5.1.1.1.1.        Be in a sealed envelope and clearly marked with the following label on the outside of the envelope:

5.1.1.1.2.        When a SOQ is forwarded by the United States Postal Service or other delivery service, the sealed envelope shall be enclosed in a shipping envelope and addressed as specified for the sealed SOQ envelope.
