Website Redesign & Hosting

The City of Tualatin invites consultants to submit proposals to redesign and host the City’s website (found at https://www.tualatinoregon.gov ). The awarded consultant shall create a fully functional website, offer training to key staff, and provide hosting and ongoing support in a webmaster capacity. Proposals will be received until 3:00 pm PST, April 8, 2024, via email to rcontreras@tualatin.gov .

An optional Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held virtually at 10:00 am PST on March 25, 2024, to provide information and respond to questions about the project. Please click here to join the meeting at the time indicated.

No proposal will be considered unless fully completed in a manner provided in the Request for Proposals (“RFP”) packet. Any proposal received after the closing time will not be accepted or considered. RFP packets may be downloaded from https://bids.tualatinoregon.govor obtained in person at the City of Tualatin’s Administrative Office, located at 18880 SW Martinazzi Ave., Tualatin, OR 97062.

Proposers are required to certify non-discrimination in employment practices, and identify resident status as defined in ORS 279A.120. Pre-qualification of proposers is not required. All proposers are required to comply with the provisions of Oregon Revised Statutes and Local Contract Review Board (LCRB) Policy.

The City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the City if it is in the public interest to do so.
