Description
Project Description: Contractor is responsible for the tear off and disposal of old roofing material. Contractor to provide cost per 4X8 panel at 4 inches thick of any insulation that may need to be replaced. Contractor is responsible for permits and any cost associated for moving material to and on the job site. Contractor to keep and use the existing caps on CMU blocking. Contractor will provide two bids 1) for a cost to do 60 mil pvc and 2) a cost to do 80 mil pvc roofing material. Contractor will also include within bid 200 ft. of slip resistance walking path. Total project is approximately 9,000 square feet - Contractor is responsible for actual measurements.
A mandatory walk through is scheduled for Wednesday April 16th 10:00 am at:
