Project Description: Weber County Elections is seeking a qualified vendor to provide services for printing, assembling, and mailing ballots, envelopes, and voter information cards for elections. The goal is to ensure ballots are mailed accurately and on time to voters. Volume Ranges: 15,000 – 25,000, 25,000 - 50,000, 50,000 - 100,000, & 100,000 - 150,000. Election Dates for the next 2 years Election 1: August 12, 2025, Election 2: November 4, 2025, Year 2: Election 1: June 23, 2026, Election 2: November 3, 2026.
