Web hosting for the Library’s Drupal website.

The City of Berkeley Public Library seeks competitive written proposals for Web hosting for the Library’s Drupal website.

The work to be done includes but is not limited to:

• Transfer website content from existing web hosting site to new hosting site ( www.berkeleypubliclibrary.org ). This includes the Drupal database and all files.
• Host Drupal website on firm’s servers in the cloud.
• Provide staging and live environments so that updates and changes can first be tested on the staging environment and then be pushed to the Live or Production site.
• Provide a minimum of 2 hours technical support per month included in the monthly hosting price.
• Provide rates for 25 additional hours of technical support beyond the initial 2 hours included to be requested by the Berkeley Public Library on an as needed basis.
• Provide site security.
• Conduct daily and monthly backups.
• Regularly apply Drupal patches to the Drupal Core and contributed modules.
• Provide DNS hosting of the www.berkeleypublicrary.org domain.
• Bids should be based on an annual cost basis.
