Bid Description:
The Town of Weathersfield is requesting proposals for consulting engineering services to gather data on existing conditions, review possible remedies for roadway flooding, develop a benefit cost analysis(BCA) using FEMA methodologies, and preliminary/conceptual design of a project to reduce future damage and repairs needed for Bowen Hill. The project will result in a cost-effective design that will follow best-management practices, provide safe travel for the public, and reduce environmental impacts to streams in the area.
