NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract WEATHERIZATION SERVICES
(ARCHITECTURAL & MECHANICAL) FOR SINGLE FAMILY HOMES 26-049-WEX on or before July 14, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at donna.weidman@dupagecounty.gov or
at www.DemandStar.com. All Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.
Effective January 21, 2025, the County of DuPage (“County”) is only accepting Bids electronically at
donna.weidman@dupagecounty.gov. Electronic signatures are allowed and Bids do not have to be
notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids
transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.
Bid openings are open to the public. All openings will be attended by two (2) County employees.

STATEMENT OF WORK

DuPage County (“County”) Department of Community Services Weatherization Program is requesting
sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide materials, installation and labor for the Architectural and
Mechanical services for homes throughout the County.
