Details
Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of weather station data collection in West Texas and New Hampshire from Synoptic a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the services and the contractor being the single provider of the services. Minimum specifications for weather and climate data include availability of temperature, precipitation, humidity and solar radiation. Time step of the data must be hourly or better. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
