Combined Synopsis and Solicitation for Commercial Items (IAW FAR 12.603)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR

Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only

solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quotation (RFQ),

solicitation number FA460825QC063, is IAW FAR Parts 12 and 13 and is IAW provisions and clauses in Federal

Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03, effective as of 17 January 2025. This is a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB)

program set-aside and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 332439. The

small business size standard is 600 employees.

Notice to Offerors:

Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The

government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of quotes. In the

event the government cancels this solicitation, the government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

Description/Purpose:

This RFQ is for the purchase and installation of eighty-eight (88) Mobile Universal Weapons Racks on behalf of the 2d

Security Forces Squadron (2 SFS) located on Barksdale AFB, Louisiana.

CLIN 0001 – Delivery and Assembly of eighty-eight (88) Combat Weapon Racks IAW provided attachments.

Please note: If funds are not available to fund the entire contract value, the Government reserves the right to re-evaluate

quotes by unit price per item and issue an award on a SOME, NONE, or ALL basis for each individual item needed.

Site Visit:

A site visit will be held on Thursday, 29 May 2025, at approximately 10:00 AM CDT. Offerors attending the site visit

will meet at the front entrance of Building 4400 located at 801 Kenney Ave, Barksdale Air Force Base, LA 71110. Those

planning to attend the site visit must RSVP no later than 2:00 PM CDT on 27 May 2025. The names of all anticipated site

visit attendees must be emailed to the Points of Contact (POCs) listed below. Offerors who do not already have base access

will need their Driver’s License, vehicle registration, and insurance to receive base passes. Individuals may obtain a

visitor’s pass at the address listed below:

• Contractors driving a noncommercial vehicles will meet at the Shreveport West Gate Visitor Center, located at Wilbur

Wright Dr, Barksdale AFB 71110

• Site Visit RSVP: Tuesday, 27 May 2025 at 2:00 PM CDT

• Site Visit: Thursday, 29 May 2025 at 10:00 AM CDT

• Questions must be submitted via email no later than Thursday, 5 June 2025 at 1:30 PM CDT.

• Answers to submitted questions will be provided on or around Monday, 9 June 2025.

• Quotes: Thursday, 12 June 2025 at 1:30 PM CDT
